Alpha software notice: JessicaAI is in early alpha testing. Features, availability, and these terms may change without notice. Do not use this platform for any purpose that requires guaranteed uptime or data persistence.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using JessicaAI ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
You must be at least 18 years old to access or create NSFW or Explicit content.
You are responsible for ensuring that accessing this Service complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.

3. API Keys and Third-Party Services

JessicaAI is a "bring your own key" platform. You provide API keys to third-party AI providers (e.g., Google, OpenAI). By entering a key:

You confirm you have the right to use that key and that your usage complies with the provider's terms.
Your key is stored encrypted on our servers. We do not use your key for any purpose other than fulfilling your requests.
We are not responsible for charges incurred on your API account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create. By publishing content on JessicaAI, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host and display that content to users of the Service.

You are solely responsible for content you create and publish.
You must accurately rate your content (SFW / NSFW / Explicit). Misrated content may be removed.
You must not publish content that is illegal, depicts minors in sexual situations, or violates the rights of others.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Creating accounts to circumvent bans or age restrictions.
Publishing illegal content or content that violates third-party rights.
Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service.
Sharing or selling API keys obtained through the Service.

6. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these Terms. During alpha, moderation is handled manually and may be slow.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, data persistence, or fitness for any purpose. AI-generated content is not verified and may be inaccurate.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JessicaAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will announce material changes.
